I had a love-hate experience at this hotel. The room looked nice with updated bathrooms but was very uncomfortable due to being on the 4th floor with no elevator. The location was great, right in the heart of town, but a taxi ride was necessary to get to a laundromat. The service was a mix of rude and unprofessional behavior with some friendly and helpful staff. The dining was limited to muffins and juice, which was decent but not very fulfilling.
