Reviews and Ratings
I had a love-hate experience at this hotel. The room looked nice with updated bathrooms but was very uncomfortable due to being on the 4th floor with no elevator. The location was great, right in the heart of town, but a taxi ride was necessary to get to a laundromat. The service was a mix of rude and unprofessional behavior with some friendly and helpful staff. The dining was limited to muffins and juice, which was decent but not very fulfilling.
I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The room was small but had everything we needed for our overnight stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful, although they couldn't resolve one issue. The location was perfect for exploring Ketchikan, but a bit far from the local laundromat. The dining experience consisted of muffins and juice, which was a nice touch.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms, despite being a bit small, were surprisingly neat given the historic nature of the building. They were exquisitely clean, which is quite a challenge in such an old structure. On the downside, the room size was a bit cramped.
Staying at this hotel was a mixed experience. While the room was small but sufficient for an overnight stay, the service was outstanding with friendly and responsive staff. The location was convenient in the heart of downtown, perfect for exploring the town. However, the dining options were limited to just muffins and juice, which was a downside.
My stay at the hotel was comfortable and clean. The room, while small, was cozy and impeccably clean, though the street noise was noticeable during the day. The hotel exudes an old nostalgic charm with friendly staff and great food and spirits. The location is fantastic, right in the heart of the town, ensuring easy access to everything I wanted to explore.
